Our Story

In the spring of 2015, Gwen Herman and Emily Tarr felt inspired to bring about change

in the workforce for people with cognitive differences. This inspiration, coupled with their love of food, resulted in a business plan dedicated to hiring and providing food service training for people with cognitive challenges.
